Job Summary:
As a Project Manager at MintNeuro, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across our engineering projects through meticulous organisation, documentation, and coordination. Working across neurotechnology and semiconductor development projects, you'll ensure our innovative medical technology projects stay on track while meeting rigorous documentation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Administration:
Track project milestones, dependencies, project risk and overall critical paths
Coordinate and document team meetings between internal engineers and external partners
Maintain and update project documentation following medical QMS (Quality Management System) and semiconductor industry standards
Track and manage dependencies between internal activities and those of our partners
Team Coordination:
Actively facilitate communication between engineers, managers, external stakeholders and critical suppliers
Proactively identify and escalate potential roadblocks in development timelines
Support resource allocation to meet key project deadlines
Coordinate with manufacturing partners and research institutions to maintain alignment on timelines and project delivery requirements
Process Management:
Set up, implement and maintain project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp or Jira to track multiple parallel work streams
Create and distribute regular project status reports to technical and business stakeholders
Support long-term planning around chip manufacturing deadlines
Help maintain traceability between customer requirements, specifications, and deliverables
Documentation & Communication:
Coordinate meetings for project status updates, internal reviews and auditing
Create and distribute meeting minutes and action items across engineering teams
Liaise with Finance and PI’s on financial reporting for externally funded projects
Prepare project status presentations for customers, partners and funders
Support documentation for design reviews and QMS stage gates
Experience and Skills:
Essential:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
3 or more years experience in project coordination or similar, ideally within a commercial R&D environment
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and report on complex data and timelines
Desirable:
Experience in electronics, specifically semiconductors and/or medical devices (e.g. medical implants).
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
Project management certifications: e.g., PRINCE2, CAPM, PMP, or equivalent.
Exposure to IC development cycles and foundry interactions
Understanding of the semiconductor industry, including fabrication processes, design-to-manufacturing workflows, and post-fabrication testing.
Background in technical or engineering environments
